AFA have been appointed as Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors on A&O’s recent acquisition of the former DoubleTree by Hilton on Docklands Riverside. A&O have planned to invest £21m on the phased renovation of 500 rooms and public areas.

The 17th-century building is located directly opposite Canary Wharf on the banks of the Thames in Southwark.
