Woolley Grange Phase 1 Mansion & Spa Refurbishment

AFA provided both pre and post contract Quantity Surveying services for the first phase refurbishment at Woolley Grange. Works included a full refurbishment of the mansion and existing spa together with a single storey extension to the spa facilities to provide a further two treatment rooms.

Works completed in September 2025.
